An interesting article about native American Indian decision making. There seems to be a tremendous amount of controversy on the web about the extent to which these sort of Indian ceremonies are real or not and whether such programs described in the article are "new age ripoffs". Authentic or not - to my mind - there are some very useful insights and lessons to be learnt about conversation and decision making in this article.
