Written by an experienced practitioner who has facilitated many collaborative efforts, it includes practical case studies to illustrate key points.
David Gurteen's comments: I know Elizabeth well and hugely respect her work in this field and so am not surprised to find this a really great book. It is not about theory or concepts but a practical, pragmatic handbook of how to collaborate across organizational boundaries. Most chapters end with a checklist of things to do or consider and the book also has many short stories to emphasize her points. I'd highly recommend it.
