To unsubscribe from the Community and no longer receive the monthly Knowledge Letter, email updates and any other emails (other than Quote of the Day or Email Alerts): Unsubscribe
To remain a member of the community and receive the monthly Knowledge Letter but to no longer receive the occasional e-mail updates: No Updates
To change your email address and any other details (please specify your required changes): Change of Address
To unsubscribe from London Knowledge Cafe Updates: No London Knowledge Cafe Updates
To unsubscribe from other regional Knowledge Cafe Updates: Please e-mail the appropriate Knowledge Community director.

Important note: If you send me a change request from an email address other than the one to which you originally subscribed (you will find this at the bottom of the monthly Knowledge Letter) then you should include this original email address in your e-mail or your name and membership number.
