Ron Young is Chief Executive of Knowledge Associates. He is acknowledged as a leading expert in Knowledge Management and has a deep global perspective on the key issues of Knowledge Management, continually synthesising Knowledge Management developments, approaches, experiences and leading edge thinking from the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.
He regularly chairs and speaks at Knowledge Management conferences world-wide. Knowledge Management consulting engagements include advising and assisting several major multi-national Corporations, The European Commission, National Governments and Professional Institutions.
He is currently leading Knowledge Management research and development of Know-Net, a European Commission funded project to produce Knowledge Management systems using Intranet technologies.
He co-authored the book Upside Down Management; has published many papers on Knowledge Management and is on the Editorial Board of the Unicom “Intelligence in Industry” Newsletter.
