Theme Changing the world with empathy

What makes up networks and companies are a complex set of people, personalities and internal and external influences. How successful an organisation is, is largely down to how well it can network and collaborate.

We've heard of IQ, and recently EQ but perhaps it's also time for a new item; AQ - Attitude intelligence.

Does attitude matter? What defines attitude, how do we measure it, and how do we nurture it? - in the business context?

Join this Knowledge Cafe with Roger Gorman, CEO of ProFinda, to learn more about attitude capital, and how in recognising and measuring it, we can begin to nudge attitude in the right direction, transforming our business's performance.

Speaker: Anthony Cousins, Director of Customer Success, ProFinda

Antony is the director of customer success of ProFinda and an experienced practitioner of cultural change, technology adoption and community building. His experience is primarily across the Government sector since 2000 and more recently with ProFinda.

Antony has had a broad experience in communications and engagement internally and externally, including working for the armed forces in Iraq and Afghanistan and for the Home Office in community engagement. He led on communications for the largest change programmes across government and pioneered the use of social platforms to break down organisational silos.

Since joining ProFinda Antony has consulted for banks, construction firms, the Puerto Rican government and multiple online communities around the world. He's a certified practitioner of project and programme management, internal communications and sits on the CIPR London committee.
