I was a tad nervous about my talk as it was a brand new one based on the opening chapter of the blook I am writing on Conversational Leadership and it was not as polished as I would have liked it to be.
I had 60 minutes but I only took 30 minutes to present and turned 30 minutes over to conversation and Q&A - a format that I call a conversational talk and one that so few other speakers have adopted.
Despite my reservations, the talk went well - people really engaged with the topic. I was delighted. Likewise, the masterclass went well too (but those always do anyway).
