This two day course will be presented by the Henley Forum on the 20th and 21st July 2016 at the Greenlands site of Henley Business School. "Quick initial reaction to the two day Knowledge Management course - I've been trying to think when I've been on a course that was so intense and so practical and relevant and so instantly useful." Effective knowledge management improves individual and organisational performance by creating channels for knowledge to flow across organisational boundaries. Why attend?

Those who are responsible for identifying, designing and/or implementing initiatives that will improve the knowledge and organisational learning processes and practices of the organisation. What we’ll cover on the course By the end of the course, participants will improve their ability to critically evaluate suitable systems, processes, technologies, leadership and behavioural change approaches to develop an organisation’s knowledge and learning capability. Insights from Forum research projects undertaken over the past 15 years with public and private sector organisations will be used extensively within the course.
Everyone attending the course will be encouraged to apply what they have learned to a project in their workplace. These can be individual projects, or you can coordinate the activity with other attendees from your organisation.
