It's a while since my last London Knowledge Cafe but now that spring seems to be just around the corner I have a few lined up for the coming year.
The first is by courtesy of Keith Patrick and at the Westminster Business School on Wednesday 26th March. (A big thanks Keith for hosting a KCafe yet again.)
As some of you know, over the winter, I have been doing a lot of work on my Knowledge Cafe concept and further developing it in light of my experience over the last 10 years.
I now have the basis for something much broader that I am calling "Conversational Leadership".
In a nut shell, it is a style of working where people, especially managers, understand the transformative power of conversation and take a conversational approach to the way that they work and interact with people.
What I plan to do on the evening is to share my thinking with you and ask you to think about the subject and what Conversational Leadership means to you.
