Debbie Lawley is a specialist in knowledge and learning management having been responsible for developing and implementing strategy in these fields for the Orange group of companies over the last four years and now working independently.
Debbie developed the approach to communities of practice within Orange and more recently implemented a programme aimed at improving collaborative working across the international group. This includes virtual team leadership, cultural awareness, technical & communications ability and behavioral coaching.
Debbie has written several articles and speaks regularly.
Her beliefs centre around making complex working life easier for people by helping people work better together. Debbie approaches this by using simple solutions that really reflect the way people work, not the way companies think they work!
