Must start blogging again but just been too busy doing so many other things. Guess I will just start again by blogging some very simple stuff - so my contribution for today :-) - this thought provoking article on
leadership by Margaret J. Wheatley. The article reminds me that we are all leaders in one way or another and that each of us has the ability to make a difference and that we need to help and support each others development.
Occurs to me that what I consider to be a true knowledge worker is also a leader.
