In December 2017 the development of an internationally recognised standard for Knowledge Management (ISO 30401) reaches its final stages. This game changing event has enormous implications for organisations and the people who work in them: for owners, directors, business and knowledge & information managers. This Masterclass will take a detailed look at the challenges and opportunities the new standard presents. It will examine the emerging roles of those charged with adhering to and implementing the standard, and will provide delegates with an opportunity to prepare for the launch of the standard in 2018 and the competencies needed for implementing them.
This will be an interactive workshop where participants will be encouraged to 'get their hands dirty', share their knowledge and experience, and relate the workshop content to their own organisations
