Yet again, I am writing this month's knowledge letter in SE Asia - this time from my hotel room in Singapore while the rain beats down heavily outside. I have had an amazing two weeks here so far - first in Kuala Lumpur and this week in Singapore. Tomorrow (Sunday), I fly on to Bangkok for a week before returning home.
The main reason for the trip was to run a Knowledge Sharing Masterclass for the Ark Group here in Singapore but I have spent extra time here and packed my days with meetings, lunches and dinners with people who wished to meet with me. And although I have not written much I have kept a photo record of my trip that you can see on Flickr.
I love the Asian culture, the food and especially the rich ethnic mix. I have met some great people who have treated me openly and warmly and I have had some wonderful conversations. If you were one of those people - a great big thank you once again. And for those of you I missed this time around I will be back in Singapore in October and probably again in the region twice more in early 2008.
With my heavy meeting load and the follow up activity it is generating I am afraid I don't have much time to devote to the newsletter this month so please forgive me if it is a little shorter than usual.
