You have the choice of embedding one of two logos:

This logo is 120 x 27 pixels. It is a GIF file of size 1,807 bytes.

Note: There is no standard for 'link logos' and their size varies widely but the most common size is about 120 x 30 pixels - though they can vary from 100 x 25 up to about 180 x 45. The aspect ratio is usually about 4:1 but varies from 3:1 to 6:1.
Anything larger than 180 * 45 and it is difficult to fit the logo in a narrow column on a page as with my site and many others. They are usually GIFor PNC files and their size is between 2K and 5K - any larger and screen display times are reduced. |

The website focuses on the themes of knowledge management, learning, creativity, innovation and personal mastery. It has thousands of pages of information including: articles, people profiles, book reviews, job vacancies, site-links, quotations, stories, events, downloads, forums and more. In addition, it contains features such as an integrated weblog, RSS feeds and e-mail alerts to inform people to new books, conferences and jobs.
